"I wasn’t expecting it to feel so cozy. I expected a big chaotic event with hoards of people and feeling overwhelmed. That’s not how it felt! There were tons of people, but everyone was respectful, so kind, so funny - I wish it had lasted longer than just the weekend!"

"I think the most surprising aspect about the event was the kindness, enthusiasm, and support that everyone demonstrated at HauntFest Mayhem and how we are all united by our love for all things horror and spooky! I also really enjoyed how HauntFest Mayhem focused on supporting people and small businesses through its many fun and engaging events! I wasn't expecting the opportunity to take photos in and around the hearse, which was very awesome and that people could adopt black cats!"

“The Reptile Humane Society was amazing with my wife and kids. My four year old keeps asking when we can go back to see the snake people again. For me, the graveyard area and the outdoor vendors space with the scare actors walking around was just a really great, easy to navigate, easy to enjoy atmosphere all around.”

"I was surprised by the sheer volume of events and attractions! It was good to have a variety of things to do like pet kittens, smash plates, trivia in the bar, etc."
